Purchasing flooring at “special prices”, “reduced prices” or “free installation” often result in dissatisfaction. Remember, that quality craftsmanship is NEVER obtained at the lowest price. Don’t attempt to “save” on installation when you KNOW you will be looking at the workmanship for possibly ten years! Carpet ripples can develop as soon as 6 months from the installation day when they use a knee kicker.
