Stains do happen but what matters the most is what you do after them to take care of them then to prevent them from happening again. We do offer scotch guard and what that is, is a protector you put on your carpet so when you do spill stuff on the carpet it will sit on top of the fibers an not let it soak in to the carpet and padding. Before we steam clean your carpet we go around and pre condition all heavy traffic areas and use any spot treatment where it is needed. Then we use a truck mounted, hot water steam extraction cleaner with a neutral rinse to provide a zero residue finish.
